Shipping
Everything is made to order, especially for you. Within Europe you will usually receive your order within 3 to 5 working days, and within 5 to 10 working days to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the US and Canada. You can find shipping costs and delivery times per country in our shipping policy.
Received a damaged or wrong product?
Then you will receive a new product free of charge. Email us at info@fittotrade.shop with the subject DEFECT and include:
- your order number
- your address
- a photo of the product
You do not need to send the damaged product back.
Cooling-off period and returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Want to send your order back? Email us within those 14 days at info@fittotrade.shop and we will send you the return address. Return the product unworn and unwashed within 14 days of letting us know. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
