Why our delivery time is 3-5 business days

Our delivery time is 3–5 business days , as we only start printing or embroidering after your order has been placed. We do this deliberately to prevent overproduction and thus contribute to a more sustainable clothing industry.

In a world where enormous amounts of clothing are thrown away unworn or even burned every year, we choose a different approach. By producing only what is actually ordered, we reduce waste and contribute to a lower ecological impact.

We also use organic cotton and recycled polyester , so that your purchase is not only beautiful, but also responsible.

This careful and sustainable method takes a little more time, but yields much more: less waste, less impact on the environment and a fairer product.

This way, together we ensure that fashion doesn't come at the expense of the planet — and that makes those few extra days of waiting more than worth it.

Return mugs:

Did your mug break during shipping and did you receive a defective product? In this case, you are entitled to a replacement. Please send an email to the email address below, attaching a photo of the defective product you received. Please also include the reason for your email (DEFECTIVE) in the subject line. Returning clothing:


Returns Policy

If an item doesn't fit, isn't to your liking, or arrives damaged, you can return it within 14 days .

To start the return procedure, please send an email to info@fittotrade.shop with:


  • a description of the item you wish to return

  • the reason for return

  • your order number

  • your address details

  • (if applicable) a photo of the damaged item

You will then receive further return instructions from us.

Terms and Conditions

You can try on all items at home.

Besides fitting, the items must:


  • are unused and unworn

  • are in the original packaging

  • be provided with any labels or tags

Return costs

You'll be responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. This allows us to keep our shipping costs affordable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item , you can return it free of charge .
